Shipping & Returns
Our current store only offers products and shipping to locations within the continental USA. We apologize for any inconvenience. Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We do try to use the most convenient method of shipping for your order. Most items are shipped by product/package weight. If your order exceeds 100 pounds, please contact us for special shipping. Most items will be shipped using standard shipping unless otherwise expressed for expedited shipping and all appropriate fees have been paid.
Upon order acceptance and payment confirmation, most all orders are packaged and shipped to your location within 24-72 hours. Out of stock inventory items will be back ordered and you will be notified within 48 hours of your initial order if something has been back ordered.
Our suppliers will sometimes ship from different warehouse locations and this could cause different parts of your order to appear at different times (this may occur when ordering with multiple manufacturers). No shipping to P.O. boxes. Orders placed using a P.O. box address will not be shipped until we are provided physical address. Your delivery address can be a business or home address.
No orders will be shipped without payment acceptance. We accept the following payment options:
We accept most major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
We will accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Business Checks and Personal Checks.
If paying by check, no orders will be processed and shipped until payment is confirmed and has cleared our bank and yours.
Please contact us with any items needing to be returned for the following reasons:
Providing an item was shipped incorrectly (meaning manufacturer error in packing and shipping), when what you ordered and your item number does not match what should have been sent. These returns need to be returned in the original unopened package after receiving a return authorization.
Items that were delivered damaged by carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or other relevant shipping methods, will require return authorization.
Please note that if you order an item and then decide you do not want to accept it after it has shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and a return restock charge of 20% of product cost will be added. You will be refunded the difference.
Most manufacturers provide their own warranty information with your order. If the item you ordered comes with a warranty (excluding consumable items), the manufacturer will handle all warranty related issues. If you need more information about any manufacturer's warranty please contact us and we will get it for you.
